The High Point Suite

The High Point Suite is one of the most unique and requested rooms at the Whistling Swan Inn. The bedroom is located in the third floor turret, which has a 20-foot-high ceiling. Guests will be pampered with a variety of luxurious amenities including a queen-sized feather bed, a gas fireplace, a two-person Jacuzzi tub with picture window, a steam shower, a flat screen  TV (“32”), and Roku streaming. And to spoil you even more, you can order a bottle of champagne or chocolate-covered strawberries to put in your own refrigerator! The High Point Suite is perfect for a romantic weekend getaway or honeymoon.

You can also take advantage of our romance package, which includes a gift certificate for a lovely dinner at one of three fine restaurants in the area. Check our current specials for a relaxing in-room, hour long massages for two or select a combination of extras for your romantic getaway including gourmet chocolates, champagne, a wine and cheese basket, or a dozen roses (your choice of colors).

During Victorian times, ladies’ bedrooms had a “fainting” couch as part of their décor where women often rested when becoming out of breath due to tight corsets. Times have certainly changed, but you can still put your feet up on an authentic Victorian chaise to finish that best seller in peace and quiet.
